NC State and UNC-Chapel Hill seeded the REACH NC system with data on over 3,000 researchers in the life sciences and engineering. The leadership of these institutions paved the way for other University future planned releases of thousandsof North Carolina campuses and themore faculty profiles and data. Data on Duke researchers, departments and colleges were integrated into the system in June 2012.
